Picture of the day: Pigeons lifting of

I was out and about in downtown Oslo today, and I started looking at all the pigeons that had some sort of general assembly on the lawn outside the Oslo Cathedral. I got just a little bit to close, and they all lifted of at once. Made for a cool effect.

Picture of the day: A view from a travel

This image was taken yesterday on an airplane going from Oslo to Trondheim in Norway. Let me share a little bit about how it was done. I used my Fuji X100s with a “advanced orange”  filter thru the window of the plane. The filter just adds orange to the monochrome setting.  It shows some of the mountain plateaus with its many lakes that covers the distance, and the orange colour from the sun that was setting this evening in september.

Hope you enjoy

Antigua in black and white

I want to try something new today. I am just showing some images from Antigua in black and white photos. I have posted some black and white photos before, but today all the images in this short post will be of that sort. Hope you like the little different look and feel.

This is the look from outside my hotel. Palm trees all the way.
