This is a Wedge tailed eagle, that largest eagle in Australia. Found it sitting beside the road in the Northern territories just outside Alice Springs. It is a wonderful pice of nature.

This is the Wedge tailed eagle, that is the biggest eagle in Australia. We met it on the way to Uluru, and it is quite the spectacular sight. I am sure happy I brought a telezoom lens.
