Picture of the day: Frigate bird in flight

This quite impressive frigate bird was following our boat outside Galapagos.  This is one most of the odd creatures that I have ever learned about. It is a sea bird, and it can not swim!!!, or take of from a plane surface….. But even if there behaviour is a bit strange, that sure make a magnificent site 🙂

A short video: Blue footed booby fishing outside Galapagos

As some of you might have seen. I have posted some images of some Blue footed booby. One of there unique trades is that they have a quite special method of fishing. I was lucky enough to get a little shot on film. Sorry that the quality is not better, but I hope you enjoy.

A little nature movie: Stingrays, sharks and turtles at Galapagos

I have put together some underwater videos from some of the snorkelling that was arranged at my trip to Galapagos this summer.  You can see some different animals, such as stingrays, shark, turtle and sealions.

Hope you enjoy.
